Dear Parents,

It’s difficult to believe that we have only two months of school left.  As we move through the fourth quarter of the school year, I’d like to take this opportunity to highlight some important points.

1.  Every spring students are required to take state mandated standardized testing.  Junior students will be administered TAKS tests again on April 23-25.  Ninth and 10^th grade students will take their end of course content specific tests beginning the week of May 6. 

2.  Brookhaven final exams will be from April 13-16, and ECHS final exams will be administered May 29-30.  It is critical that families avoid making plans that conflict with the final exam schedules.

3.  As seniors approach the finish line of their ECHS career, please be sure that any school fees and/or fines are paid in advance of graduation.

4.  Dates for district summer school as well as the Brookhaven summer session dates have been posted on our website for your convenience. 

ECHS has terrific students with unlimited potential to make a positive impact on our community.  Leading students to success is a team effort between families and schools; thank you for your continued support.
